I almost never write reviews, but I had to for this product because it has been awesome.
I work as a school's IT admin and am always on the run and I randomly need software to pull up, and I don't always have network access. I've tried attaching a few other USB drives to my keychain, but they inevitably fail within a few months. My current Lacie Keydrive has been on my keychain since the day I've purchased it- at least a year- and is no worse for the wear. I walk around quite a bit with my set of work keys clanging against the USB drive and no issue.

Plus, it is fun to get people's reaction when I plug a key in to my computer.

Seriously though, for anyone who wants to have a USB drive always at their disposal, this is where it is at. One of the best purchases I've made in the past few years.

I find myself constantly searching for a USB key while on the road for work. I know I have a bunch, and I know they're in my laptop bag, but darn it if I can never find one when I need it! Enter the LaCie iamakey and its brethren, and my problem is solved!

Pros:
- It's always on my keychain when I need it! I'm not going to lose it.
- It takes up the same amount of space as 2 keys. It's small. It fits easily on a keychain. It blends in.

Cons:
- The little plastic cover falls off easily. There's got to be a better way to protect the contacts from hitting my keys. At least throw a couple extras in the container.

This is seriously some James Bond stuff. If Sean Connery had this when trying to abscond with the data, he'd have never run into so many zany adventures.

bought this little guy in 8GB size 2 years ago. Still strong, and functioning after being worn and torn on my key chain all of that time. I couldnt be more happy. WAS pricey for only 8Gb, but I guess if its lasted this long its been worth it.
